Puerto Vallarta perches at the most tranquil recess of the pacific Ocean's largest, deepest bays, the Bay of Banderas. The ship, Vison of the Seas docked early in a very narrow harbor, and turned completely around to face the ocean. When the all clear was given, Resa took an Eco snorkling tour. Later Lindsay took a tour of the tequila factory and Heather and Pat took the city tour. This city came alive in the 60's when it was the filming site for John Huston's film of the Tennessee William's play, Night of the Iguana. It stared Richard Burton, Sue Lyon, and Ava Gardner.
