Tracy Arm page 3 people

Passengers started to line the sides of the Regal Princess at 5 am to watch for wildlife and listen to the ship naturalist describe the natural features of Tracy Arm. Geologically the outflow of a glacier moves rocks and sand many miles away from its original place. People found warm places to see the glacier from the Dome or from their cabins. Outside viewing required very warm attire. Coffee beverages were available for purchase as were photos posing with a man dressed in a polar bear suit. No polar bears live in this region of Alaska.

We passed a Norwegian cruise line ship coming into Tracy Arm as we were leaving. The iceberg they are passing was at least 40 feet tall.
